1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Luxora Lifestyle Group's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Luxora Lifestyle Group. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Guest Requirements
All guests must be 25 years of age or older to book a property or vehicle. Valid government-issued ID is required for all bookings. The number of guests may not exceed the stated maximum capacity of the rental.
4. Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposits are returned within 7 business days after checkout, provided the property or vehicle is returned in the same condition. Luxora reserves the right to apply the deposit towards any damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.
5. Property Rules
All properties are strictly no-smoking. Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited. Pets are only allowed where explicitly stated. Guests are responsible for treating all properties and vehicles with care and respect.
6. Limitation of Liability
Luxora Lifestyle Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your booking.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
